If you have not already selected a home site, we can help. We have developed thousands of lots in Harford County Maryland, and we can put that experience to work for you. We can help you evaluate the pros and cons of the home sites you may be considering by comparing issues like available utilities for electricity, gas, phone, cable, potable water, and sanitary sewer. Walking the property is essential to good site planning, and we welcome the opportunity to visit a site with you.
We have worked with most of the professional engineering firms in the region and we will refer you to a civil engineer to prepare the site and grading plan for your new home. If you don’t already have a set of blue prints for your home, you may need the services of an architect and we can also provide several referrals for new home design services.
With site and architectural plans in hand, we can build your budget and help you finalize the materials and color selections for your new home. We manage the permitting process with local government and throughout construction we meet with each of the inspectors as they confirm that our work complies with local regulations and building code.
At major milestones of completion such as foundation, framing, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, we encourage you to walk through the home with us and look at details like switch and outlet locations. Some of these details are much easier to visualize in the home instead of on 2 dimensional plans.
